Here’s a quick guide to help you understand our process and what to expect when shopping with us.

 

1. Are your items ready-made or custom?

All our products are made to order, ensuring each item is crafted specifically for you.

 

2. How long does it take to process my order?

Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 days on ready to make products, excluding holidays.  We strive to complete your order as quickly as possible, and you will receive shipping notification when your item is available for local pickup or shipping to you.

*Note: For Pre-orders, production time begins when Pre-order closes.  Pleases allow 10 - 14 days for fulfillment of these products, and you will receive notification when your item is complete and shipped.

Carrier times can vary and are beyond our control.  Please verify your tracking information provided and also remember holiday shopping can cause delays in your item arriving as quickly as we would like. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

 

3. What happens if there’s a delay?

4. Can I return or get a refund for my item?

Since our products are custom-made, refunds are only allowed for manufacturer defects. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.

 

5. What happens if my selected item is out of stock?

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary if a specific shirt/color is out of stock. We will notify you via email and require your acknowledgment or rejection before proceeding. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we’ll proceed with the substitution to keep your order on schedule.

 

6. How can I ensure I receive your notifications?
